Have had a few incidents with feeling profiled by some of the staff. Presented a coupon that wasn’t attaching to my account and was accused by one of the managers (either Isabella Z. or Taylor) of duplicating the coupon and creating a new account that day. No de-escalating techniques utilized in their communication with me. Contacted the store Manager John who was fantastic in addressing and handling the situation when I brought it to his attention.
Well stocked, clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh deli with good ready to eat food options and a rotating spead of daily soups - Lobster Bisque is our favorite! Prices can be higher at times. Bakery selection is decent but lately they hiked prices on their cakes and fresh baked items which doesn't justify anymore.
