Placed an order for three subs the night before to be picked up at 8:45am via the app. Show up at exactly 8:45am and the assistant manager behind the counter had no idea who I was or my order, eventually found the tickets and had to wait about 30 minutes for the subs to be made. What's the point of even using the app to preorder?
