I’ve tried sushi from several Publix locations and it’s usually fresh and tasty, but unfortunately this location has been disappointing. The rice tastes dry and hard, almost as if it was made a day or more in advance, which really affects the overall flavor and texture. I’ve given it more than one try, but the quality has been consistently below the standard I’m used to from other Publix stores. I hope management can address this so the sushi here matches the freshness found at other locations.
