Publix is my go-to for fruit definitely!
Their pharmacy is great. The people who give flu shots etc, are always very friendly and competent. This is a very small neighborhood Publix, so I only go in there for things I absolutely need at the moment because they're very expensive relative to other markets.
Cashiers and clerks are good, selection also, organized and clean. Having said that, don't go to get a sub or order food without an immense patience. Zero sense of urgency, it seems on purpose. It's insulting.
I like having a clean and neat store with well-stocked shelves. Also important to me are the nicely dressed, polite shoppers.
