I swear I need to give up on Publix in this area. The other location had me waiting 20 minutes to get wings and then 20 minutes later he realized he forgot to make them. Then I come here and they're completely out of the sweet sriracha sauce for the wings so I can't even get the wings here. It's almost like I'd get better customer service at a Walmart.
The store itself is clean and I was able to find most things I needed however I did run into an issue here. For one they did not have several items I needed that I could typically find at any other Publix. But that's a forgivable issue. The main problem I ran into here was this- As a former Publix associate I know the standard that the workers are held to. We’re new to the Dunwoody area and recently had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Roy (Cashier 5). He was absolutely wonderful—so friendly and welcoming that he instantly made us feel like part of the family. Because of his kindness, this will now be our go-to location. Thx Sir!!!
