I’ve been a Publix customer for over 15 years, and unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically over the past six months. I’ve thrown away more than half of the meat I’ve purchased during this time because the quality has been so poor. This isn’t an isolated incident or a one-time bad purchase—it has happened repeatedly. Great service from Roger and Jordan. Service at this store is usually good but today they delivered exceptional service.
Lisa is always amazing at the customer service desk. There are a few at customer service who are very rude! I would like to see that improve. But overall I still enjoy coming to this location. I had to give only 4 stars because there are definitely a few clerks at customer service who should not be working on that position so I hope a manager sees this and reevaluates everyone working behind that counter. There are a few young ladies who are very rude!
This is a great Publix! Always clean, staff is friendly, store is well-stocked. They have a great selection in the deli and bakery.
