Went to pick up a catering order on Sunday, March 23rd, 730 am. The bakery was prompt and ready as promised. However, the deli order was a different story. It's just absolutely horrible. 2nd time now I've been very disappointed by them. Went to get a Hot sandwich that was ordered online and waited for 35 minutes. When someone finally came to help me, they were told I didn't have an order. After looking around for another 5 minutes, they found it on the counter next to the person who said I didn't have an order, just sitting out. They comp'ed the sandwich, which I said I didn't want.
