I am a 30+ year customer and have shopped at Publix in the south for a long time. They are always helpful, friendly and go.out of their way to give extraordinary customer service. That said and maybe today was an off day, but I stopped in to get lunch at their hot food counter. There were 4 associates working. 1 working the sandwich counter and serving 4 customers in line.
