Please avoid this Publix at all cost. I was basically called a liar by the assistant customer service manager Jonathan. I explained my situation I had with an order I had placed over the phone. I wished that I'd had taken a photo. The sub had so much mustard that it wasn't even edible. I immediately called spoke with a gentleman who I explained that I couldn't make it back because I had used my lunch break. Now they refuse to replace. Publix in The Grove Shoppes is our absolute favorite place to shop. We moved to Apopka two years ago and didn’t care for the Publix a mile from where we live. So, we drive the eight miles to shop. Today was a typical experience for us, I recently had heart surgery and have a change of diet that I am required to follow. We were at the the deli looking for something for lunch and were talking about salads. Trish told us about the low sodium meats they offered and we could customize our salads.
