The attitude you get walking in the door, from the amazing ladies at customer service, to any employee on the floor is awesome. Always greeted with a smile and if you have a question or need to find something, my own experience is they don't point in a direction and send you on your way, they take the time if they are not busy and either tell you which aisle and section its in to actually walking you to where it is located.
