I have always like Publix Super Markets. They do make you feel special, the quality of the food is very good -higher than most, and the prices are fair. I've never has a problem shopping at any in Winter Haven, FL.
Shopping is NOT a pleasure at Publix. The Deli and management of the Winter Haven Florida are horrible. The deli staff are rude and when you complain to management they are even ruder to you next time. I see this happens a lot to the young and to the seniors. The last time I went in and was treated badly another customer overheard and saw how they treated me, when I told the women manager she did nothing to solve the problem. I never shopped at that store again.
