I have to send this cart pusher down the road. Older guy white hair - witnessed him collecting shopping carts - Carelessness hitting car with shopping cart- supposedly 3 years of service- one of Josh best employees- I confronted the manager Josh today- he was on this guys side today- I will not go back to this Publix again and shoppers beware that the individuals have no lack of service quality at this Publix. I will not remove this post as I do have video of this incident happening today.
