I feel at home at my Publix in Neptune bch.
Great idea having Pours. Especially since the Winn Dixie store w taproom recently closed. Bad idea having employees who are not trained to even acknowledge when someone sits down at the bar. You can sit for 10 minutes and they will not even make eye contact. And they are snippy and unpleasant. Most of them too young to have ever dealt w customer service. The exception is Brandon recently hired, who is excellent!!!! Publix do yourself a favor and put these "kids" through a customer service training. It will be an asset to the... read more
