I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Publix Pharmacy was unacceptable. On Monday, Walgreens faxed my mother’s prescriptions to Publix. For the next two days, Publix repeatedly told me they had never received the fax, despite Walgreens confirming it had been sent and even providing proof that it was successfully transmitted.
