Up kept with friendly workers! Very clean and organized. Will absolutely continue coming back!
Do not pre order a deli sandwich online or on the Publix app. They will not have it ready for you at the promised time. Then when we called to speak to the manager later in the day, he says we should have called and ordered directly from the deli manager and offered no other solution. They are not paying attention to the orders from the app. This order was placed 2 hours ahead of pickup time.
Customer service is seriously lacking. I worked at a Publix and it is customary to ask if customers would like help out with their groceries and this Publix does not do it. Normally I would decline but I had foot surgery and getting around is not the easiest. Today it is raining and an umbrella was offered to other people but I am visibly in a boot that shouldn't get wet but was not offered an umbrella.
