Never a long wait to check out. BUT… I arrived at deli 6:40pm. No breadless hot and spicy wings. Someone assisted with placing an order. I agreed to wait 20 minutes. She even took my name and number. 20 minutes later without a call I returned to check the progress. Wings labeled hot and spicy were boxed and ready. I asked if those were mine she said ok. I frequent this Publix for my shopping as it is one of the closer locations to where I live. I like that they typically have everything I need in stock. Today I was blessed to have Tonya as my cashier. She has wonderful customer service and an uplifting spirit. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Tonya!
