I was at the deli trying to get some plain breaded flats and drumsticks small pieces of chicken. I spoke to 3 different reps abt the chicken. I asked the 1st rep about the chicken and she went back & asked the kitchen staff abt getting me an order of chicken & she said kitchen said abt 30mins & they will have it out. I waited in the store and went back to deli abt 25mins later & thats when the other 2 reps in deli said they would chk on the chicken but they never came back. I left the store pretty upset abt this.

Today is the first time I've ever had a bad experience here. Im usually always here getting a good sub. Today I went 6:30pm, I pointed out their was flies in both bins with the bread. Preparer repeated back "oh its a fly in there" like he didnt believe me. Then proceeded to fix another patrons sandwich after I walked off. Didnt check nor didnt throw the bread out and grab from the bakery. With all the stuff going on with people getting sick. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
