I would like to express my frustration and disappointment today because I have been a customer of this Publix for the past two years, and I practically shop here every day. One of your employees is very rude and displays racist behavior, treating Latino customers differently, even those who speak English, and also those who use assistance programs like WIC or EBT cards. this is my usual publix, they always have everything i need and the store is always nice and clean + everyone is friendly. The reason for 3 stars today was the sole reason that i ordered a sub an hour prior to coming to the store , i did my groceries and arrived at the deli to get my sub to find out it wasn’t even ready yet. I waited 30 minutes for my sub just to get home and realize it is soggy and poorly put together. The person who made it didn’t even try , my sub fell apart and the bread was soggy and barely toasted.
