All of the staff at Publix are always great. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I keep learning more good things about it for example rain checks and special order items that don’t see on the shelf. They really are going out of their way to go above and beyond.

Publix offers a great shopping experience. Professional and courteous staff. Great customer service. In today’s era of discount stores, Publix hails back to the original models where they know how to properly bag your groceries and offer to take them to your car and help load that as well. That being said, they aren’t the cheapest place to shop, but if you can afford the difference, well they are worth the price.
