I give this particular Publix location a one star (I would give zero if I could) because the store manager I spoke with was extremely rude and very condensing. I have never had an experience like this or a negative encounter with a Publix store manager ever in my life. I grew up on Publix since birth in Miami, and this is not the Publix way. Being from South Florida used to Publix along with working there at one point love this company and so happy to visit at North Carolina had the best experience probably ever with Becca the manager who was so helpful. I feel compelled to write this as an example of getting caught doing the Right thing.
