Always a good experience at Publix. They got the subs.
After I checked out and got all the way home, I discovered two items were missing. I called the store, and they had them in Customer Service. I had to drive all the way back to the store to pickup already priced-higher items and spending $4+/gal more for gas because of the economy. I realize people make mistakes, but I shouldn’t have to pay for someone else’s error. They apologized, but did not offer to compensate me in any way with a refund or store credit. So much for customer service.
