Love this new Publix! The only thing is every time you walk into the entrance it smells like fish. I’m guessing from seafood department in back. I’m there 3 times a week. Also, a plus is the Publix liquor store next door. ETA: 4/11/25 The fish smell upon entering isn’t as pungent anymore.
I usually do my grocery shopping over the weekend, but with three very active and busy kids, that just wasn’t possible this time. So today, I stopped by the store hoping to take advantage of the sale on strawberries—3 for $10—since my kids absolutely love them. Unfortunately, there were only two containers left, and neither of them looked fresh. I mentioned it to the cashier, who kindly tried to help, but the person he sent over wasn’t very helpful.
