Publix will always be a first option for me when I’m grocery shopping. But this specific location is discriminative towards black people. As a black woman it very very uncomfortable shopping here. A specific woman, when she works at self check out. She makes it her priority to watch over me every single time I am in the store. And if she thinks I did not scan something ( which she is always wrong) she feels the need to come to me n touch my bags or proceeds to tell me I did not scan an item. Michael in The sandwich/boars head Dept is absolutely incredible. He goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure everything is well done.
I had one of the most pleasant people I have encountered in a while. The young lady at the deli counter was amazing. She was attentive to detail and very helpful. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She made two wraps for us to travel with—Pastrami and turkey for my wife and me. AWESOME personality.
