Great store, but ironically, the customer service people are, almost all of them very rude and uneducated, starting with the CS manager, who should be an example to her employees, unless you really need to, avoid customer service, speak with the manager ( jason) or the assistant manager ( shara) they are amazing.
La tienda todo muy bien organizado pero me llevé una gran decepción por parte de la manager de Costumer Service que me trató bastante mal y de manera grosera , su nombre es Sam , al menos eso decía su logo , ella es la manager me dijo y me hizo sentir muy mal su forma grosera y altanera de tratarme ! Tenía que informárselos para que tomen cartas en ella asunto
