Probably the worst Deli of any other Publix I’ve been to. They are always “under staffed”, rude or just plain miserable. I can empathize and give grace in a lot of situations, but after 12 years of this being my neighborhood Publix I’m sick of it. I hope it changes because I’ll continue to make complaints until it does!!!
I am not sure how Jay, who works in customer service is still their. She turned away my husband to return an item because he had no reciept or publix account. Policy states that they can ask for an ID as a last resort. She was condescending, rude and seemed irritated. Previous reviews say the same. The standard was once high in Publix. Seems now the bar is lower than thw ground.
