I’ve been a regular customer at Publix for years and often purchase money orders here while doing my grocery shopping because it’s convenient. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. I’ve always had a good experience at Publix and hate to leave bad reviews but cashier Carol L. was very rude! I was ready to checkout and joined a line but the cashier was ringing up someone with two carts full of items. I was willing to wait but she repeatedly told me to go to an express lane. On her third time telling me to go to an express lane, I left and joined Carol’s line.
