Update: dropped review from 5 to 3. Freshness is a concerning issue in the deli. Brown cucumbers, soggy tomatoes, even the bread has started to taste stale and chewy. Barely see the sub making area fully stocked, and the employees don't know ingredients of menu items. Don't blame the employees.. this is a management issue.
