Terrible Customer Service again. Love how I am overcharged and inconvenienced; but still being treated like I'm wrong. Bought BOGO items last week, charged full price for both. Called and spoke to CS, was told gift card for price of 1 item would be waiting for me. Even though per the Publix Promise should be refunded price for both items.
