The deli counter service has continuously been atrocious the past two years. I've received demeaning comments, eye rolls, blank stares, and ignorance. I don't mean to roast the beef, but they might want to hire more people who don't know what Snapchat is. They have to make a decision whether they want they're customer service to emulate chick fil a or Bojangles. The checkout process was nice.
I love Publix it's like chick fil a staff is very friendly and I love how they always have what I need in stock. I also love how helpful the staff is to make sure I found everything I was looking for or if I needed help finding something I also love how many healthy options they have in stock ranging from a bunch of different things somethings are a little pricey but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for definitely when it comes to food, drinks, snacks, etc keep doing your things Publix you have a happy camper over... read more
