My truck was towed breaking down on 27th Ave in Ocala FL. Publix in Grand Oaks shopping plaza was the only place to allow me to stay inside the entire day. I mean like 9 hours while waiting for the only person who could come get me to get off work. They also gave me a drink and food, as well as checking back with to ensure I was ok. Now that's way beyond customer service. Publix saved me from freezing weather and welcomed me like I was in there spending lots of money when I was actually broke.
