Worst chicken ever. Uncooked skin. Although they make hot and spicy wings, the flavor is just in the name.

great people that work their except for certain managers. lost hours of work do to family in hospital. was told I wouldnt get punished since it was family related. My father was put into hospital for heart failure and my mom was having to sit outside due to coronavirus. So I got permission to leave 30 min early to race back to asheville to be with her. I look at my next week's schedule and guess what only 8 hours on it when ive been getting 30+ hours a week. don't recommend someone to work here if u have family.
We are long time Publix shoppers and we’ve loved it til recently. The last two online deli orders and customer service that we received when we picked up those orders, things have been off. The orders have been wrong and we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Please Publix, get back to quality.

Yesterday was our best shopping experience ever. Not only was the staff as a whole helpful and welcoming, one employee in particular (how I wish I'd caught his name) went out of his way to be kind to my daughter and brought her a balloon after chasing us halfway around the store. He was so genuinely kind and warm! He was an older gentleman that we originally met stocking the produce isle about 12:00 yesterday. Please recognize him for such outstanding customer service.
