Terrible customer service. They deli employees completely ignore you and keep having conversations between themselves. They are more interested in cleaning up and going home than serving.
Quality as always at Publix along with knowledgeable and helpful staff plus always clean, organized and stocked well. Not likely to ever be described as a frugal grocery; but things like the wonderful bakery; deli and fresh produce are worth it IF you can afford it...and I know that's a big IF these days.
