I have been in this store on 3 occasions and twice the morning cashier was on her phone and today when I ask a gentleman stocking the aisles where iced coffee was he points around 300 ft and says it’s over there with the creamers. I would never expect this to go on in Publix. Never at our stores in Alabama have I seen this. But I won’t be back. It’s ashame the values of this company isn’t honored there. The whole reason I go to them! Shame on the mgrs for allowing this!
Extremely disappointed that Publix have lower their ethical standard in who they hire. Publix has always stood out because of their excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. The bakery has some ladies that I sincerely wish they I wouldn’t never interact with when placing an order. One of them being the bakery assistant manager. This lady is extremely aggressive, so loud, disrespectful and making it impossible to order a custom cake.
