I have written several reviews since our store opened in Maryville. They have all been about bread, specifically, White Mountain bread. I am giving this review four stars, as the bread has not improved at all, as you can see by the photo. I believe bread has to be made like this: First, mix the ingredients, then let it rise. Punch down, knead & let it rise again for the 2nd time. Punch down, cut the mixture into the sizes you want, put them in baking pans & let rise for the 3rd time. Bake.
This store is run by woke managers they should be fired. They do not like veterans. Stay away from this store
