Picked up a pre-ordered Easter cake, and it was perfect. The only issue I had was when I went in to pick it up, the young male associate was on his personal phone looking down at the phone when I inquired about the cake. It seemed that I was bothering him by his unpleasant attitude. Another associate came in and handled my pickup to my complete satisfaction. She was very polite and professional.
Poor management and customer service at night shift, specifically the deli department Julia, shutting down deli department at 8:40pm and not taking any more order's .this situation can't be overlooked and need to be addressed, thank you, I love pubix, but some people need to just do their job and not pretending the own the store 🤷♂️
