Bakery is rude and incompetent. Two years ago I placed a birthday cake order in person and received my copy of the order slip. When I went to get the cake they had lost the order. I had to buy one out of the case that was not at all what I wanted. Last year the birthday cake was iced with the wrong flavor of frosting. This year I tried to place an order over the phone and “Debbie” seemed too busy to take my order and was extremely rude! Called the Publix in Daphne and placed the order over the phone. Just wanted to say a great big thank you to Debbi in the Spanish fort bakery she was so helpful and so friendly when she noticed I was having technical difficulties trying to order a cake... Debbi.. came to my rescue thank you for your assistance in the matter of my dad's 80th birthday cake
