publix at 1500 douglas road does not like veterans. I was given permission to collect donations outside the front door of Publix. I have my permits and had permission from George Rivera the head manager as I was made to understand, also from the corporate office. on friday, November 16,2012 said manager told me that I could no longer collect donations and I quote, "while the cash registers were taking in money." I believe it was because the custtomers were giving more to my donations than they were to the donations container... read more
