Publix is always great but I especially like the service at the on S Dale Mabry at Neptune. Everyone is always polite and the store is cleaned and neatly stocked. Keep it up!!
I am not one to write bad reviews because I am a customer service worker and I like to give workers the Benefit of the doubt, but I came in today on my break and I waited 15 minutes for spicy popcorn chicken nuggets. When I initially came, he told me it was only going to be a three minute wait so I gladly sat there and I waited for three minutes. Three minutes then went by, no side of him.
