Absolutely disgusting customer service from Debbie at Publix today (June 26 around 4:30 p.m.). I went in for an 8-piece dark chicken, but the deli only had mixed. I bought it and was walking out when MAGDALA literally chased me down to tell me fresh 8-piece dark had just come out. She handed it to me and told me to exchange it at Customer Service.
