I got cold prepared food and it was frozen, this is concerning. I hope it is because the temp of their coolers is too high.
Beth the customer service manager there working right now at the customer service refused to do a Western Union and claimed that I was using my friend for money. She was trying to send me money for gas so that I could pick her up and take her to the VA hospital as I had no gas in my car so Publix employee ,made prejudice comments to her against me saying that I'm using my friend Andrea.
