As a long time customer and member of this community, I am very offended and disappointed by the service, or lack thereof, at this location. I was not able to purchase seafood until I physically went and got help. As I waited, along with another customer, several people walked back and forth never acknowledging us. Once I did get help, and did get the seafood, I was told I had to prepay. Why would I prepay when I have already waited for several minutes and had to practically beg for help?
