I have been using publics pharmacy for over five years. I have tried others but they don't even compare to the wonderful caring people at publics. Kayla F. And the wonderful pharmacist are always so very helpful and caring, 🙏 I have to pay for my meds cause my Medicaid will not cover my meds. And they look hard to find coupon's and other ways to save me money, on a fixed income I really couldn't afford them any other way. Pick public's pharmacy you will be happy you did! Thank you girls for helping me every monthđŸ€© Kayla y... read more

Tall, white man. He was at the cash register Friday June 26. Very racist. Asking me if I paid for my groceries. I returned to get something else. Stop profiling customers because of race. I hope the Manger see this. He needs customer service training. He didn't even say hello but acting if I stole groceries

It seems with this Publix, if you purchase a sale item, be sure to take a picture of the sale price. They are lax about updating the bar codes to reflect the sale price and when you note the price discrepancy have to discuss it with at least 3 different people despite having a picture of the sale price to show them. After discovering the error, rather than apologizing for almost charging you more for the product than was advertised, no apology is forthcoming coming. It feels like you are expected to appreciate them correctin... read more

This Publix has become absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give management every opportunity to address the customer service issues, but nothing seems to change. The deli department is especially bad. Today, I stood waiting for assistance for 25 minutes. I repeatedly tried to get an employee’s attention, but he had earbuds in and ignored me. When I finally got his attention and asked if someone could help me, he responded, “Yeah, when we get someone over here,” and then walked away. I then spoke with a woman who appeared to... read more

The staff are friendly and helpful despite working for dehumanizing management who only care about the bottom line. They discriminate against employees with health issues; they will schedule employees 40+ hours a week but not put them in a full-time position so they don't have to provide healthcare, and they penalize employees for things outside of their control and shame them. They show no empathy, compassion or support for their employees. Good subs, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

I have been doing business with Publix pharmacy since opening, however my last experience 5/9/26 with the lady filling prescriptions ( not pharmacy mgr ), was inexcusable, rude and quite frankly sarcastic, will not go into particulars but I WILL NOT BE TALKED TO LIKE THAT FROM ANYONE ESPECIALLY HER! You have lost a customer, my family and anyone else i can persuade to leave. Shame on you publix for having such a terrible employee!

I want to recognize Andrew and Melinda at Publix for the absolutely exceptional help they gave me today. I came in dealing with multiple issues with my order and some confusion with Wic, and honestly felt overwhelmed. Andrew and Melinda stepped in without hesitation and spent about 45 minutes working through everything with me until it was fully resolved. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure things were made right. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure I was okay through... read more
