Please follow your own protocols Deli slicers are supposed to be cleaned and sanitized every four hours or immediately after wet meats. Cross-contamination (e.g., cheese on meat, allergen concerns) is a high risk at this location. I observed several different meats being cut on the same deli blade including roast beef and cheese without any sanitation. Also, the produce area has a lot of rotten items especially yellow onions. Several out dated item throughout the store.
