I love shopping there. especially getting the specially ordered cake for birthdays.
The quality of the employees has gone downhill the past couple of years...I wonder if there's a different manager? Many employees come across as blank, seem incompetent or are rude. Used to enjoy shipping here much more; I hope they make some changes.
