1 Star - Terrible Customer Service and Defensiveness I had a deeply frustrating experience at this location. I went to the hot deli area, and since nobody was standing right there, I politely asked the staff member working the sushi station if the hot deli was open and ready to serve. Instead of simply letting me know or getting someone to assist, she acted completely dismissive, went on and on for 5 to 10 minutes acting like she didn't understand what I was talking about, and claimed she only deals with sushi.
