Don't bother wanting a sub unless you have 30 min or more to wait. And ordering ahead of time only works 50% of the time. They never have enough help and most of the time the person trying to make them hasn't been trained. Today I watched, while I was standing in line, a gentleman make 2 ( ordered ahead of time )subs , took over 15 minutes. The guy that had pre ordered the subs was NOT happy.
