I live closest to the Brooks Village Publix & shop here along with other Naples Publix on almost a daily basis .. I too work in the service industry & typically have had great service experiences at this location, I swing by after working a 10 hr shift to simply pick up fresh lunchmeat from the deli.. I stand there for 5 minutes with neither of the two deli clerks even acknowledging me .. then I walk back to the front desk and ask a nice clerk if she could assist me in getting service at the deli, she walks over to ask two w... read more
