Boy has Publix gone downhill. Service is not close to what it was just 5 or 6 years ago and the prices are ridiculous. I shop at Detwilers now. Better quality, better service, better prices by far.
If I could zero star I would made a pick up order at 6:26 to be picked up at 7:05 at the DELI we got to the store a bit early so did some shopping ile most locations in and companies they are supposed to prioritize mobile orders especially paid (like mine)ones deli was a bit busy busy that’s the whole point of ordering ahead to defeat the line I passed by twice they was making orders for ppl in line I came up at my order pick up time 7:05 asked if my order was ready and was told 5 minutes next thing you know it’s 7:23 we sti... read more
