Update 8/2025 Shopped here quite often until our last visit. While trying to get the employee in the seafood department’s attention, saw him putting shrimp on a shrimp cocktail platter with his bare hands and then wiping his nose at the same time. He never did look up, so we left and told the young man up front about the problem. I haven’t been back since. Initial review: First time here since they've rebuilt it. Great store, arranged well. Good selection of items. ( This was a 5 star rating initially- see above)
I would like to ask Publix Corporate office will please review the customer service team members. In general the quality of the product is the same of every other Publix store, but something it's always a bothering almost the entire front end of the store. Rude, unhelpful, untrained and constantly frustrated.
