Publix as a store is clean and the general customer service is good — but the deli is consistently unacceptable. This isn’t a one-time issue, it is the norm. I’ve lived in this area for three years, and the deli has been the same every single time. Slow, unorganized, constantly out of items, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. A simple sub should not require a 25+ minute wait every visit. Employees often stand around or walk past long lines without stepping in to help. Always clean with helpful & polite employees. Still out of a few things I like to buy regularly but overall the stock is good.
It's a neat Publix, is not a super Publix or the ones with the fancy lighting and the food events but it has the normal Publix stuff.
The sub station in the deli here is not very good. Out of the 3 subs I’ve ordered online (easy chicken bacon ranch subs), all three have been wrong. One was missing ranch all together, one was missing bacon though I was charged for it, and tonight I got a sub with some spicy chipotle ranch sauce instead regular ranch. My advice, do not order ahead at this location. They have high employee turnover here and every week there’s a new person learning how to make subs.
