To begin with, this Publix store is cramped with lots of people at a time. On multiple occasions I dealt with verbal harassment from other customers in this exact store in aisles, something that seldom happens in other Publix stores in the Sarasota area. Each time, the management was notified and simply they didn’t seem to care. They didn’t even intervene the bully customer at all, allowing them to freely walk around without being educated about store etiquette.
