This review is entirely based on the poor service at the bakery department. I went to pick up the birthday cake previously ordered online. The clerk was extremely slow and not very responsive. I was told there was no cake I ordered. After repeated four repeated attempts, she finally found the cake and then requested extra help from the store to carry it out. The cake was barely 7 lbs.
