The staff at this new location are always helpful and nice.
My family and I stopped by this Publix around 6:00 PM to order three deli sandwiches, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. One of the sandwiches was a chicken tender sub, and we politely asked if the chicken could be tossed in buffalo sauce and ranch before being put on the sub he had the tossing bowl right there. The deli associate refused to do it, even though it’s a simple request that many Publix locations accommodate. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive.
